Careplus Home Care started in 2020. We wanted to give other families the kind of care we would want for our own parents. We began as a small agency in Vernon. Today we help families in Hartford, Manchester, Bolton, South Windsor, East Hartford, and nearby towns.
Our idea is simple. When a family is in a hard spot, a real person should answer the phone. You get a quick visit to talk about what you need. Then we match you with a caregiver who shows up when planned. Our team lives in the same communities as the families we help.

CT DCP licensed
License HCA.0003035, issued by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Every caregiver is screened, trained, bonded and insured.
State Medicaid Provider
We accept CT Medicaid and the CHOICES waiver programs. We help families use the long-term care benefits they have earned. You can also pay out of pocket.
